Blood panel uploads: Files you upload to the blood panel tool are processed and then deleted within 24 hours. We store only the analysis result, not the original file, and only for the duration of your session.

Newsletter signups: Your email address if you choose to provide it. Used only to send Rose updates. Never shared or sold.

Account information (when launched): Email address, password (hashed — never stored in plain text), and any profile information you choose to provide.

Usage data: Standard server logs including pages visited and general location. Used for improving the site. Not linked to your identity.

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not use social media pixels. We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Conversations with the Ask a Question feature are sent to OpenRouter (our AI provider) for processing. We do not store conversation history beyond your current session. OpenRouter processes conversations according to their privacy policy. We recommend not sharing personally identifying medical information in AI conversations.

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time. Contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.
